Our Sauvignon Blanc presents itself as a delicate, harmonious wine with a fine floral and slightly herbal aroma. It is not a loud representative of its variety, but rather an elegant companion that enchants with subtle notes of Golden Delicious apples and apricot blossoms, along with a hint of sage and rosemary.

On the palate, it unveils its characteristic Sauvignon Blanc freshness: mineral, vibrant, and marked by a vibrating acidity that lingers in a long, intense finish. Delicate notes of peach and elderflower persist elegantly, caressing the palate and inviting you to savour each moment.
