Our sparkling wine is born from a deep conviction and trust in the native grape variety Vernatsch. The grapes are gently pressed in a white winemaking process. The subsequent classic bottle fermentation and approximately 30 months of aging on the lees create a very finely sparkling perlage and a creamy texture.
The refreshing breeze of the salty wave, combined with the delicate strawberry note and warm hints of fresh brioche, gives the Blanc de Rouge an unmistakable personality. A delicate almond note and nuances of candied orange in the finish bestow a special charm upon the wine.
