“Willy” – This wine is dedicated to my father Willhelm, with whom I have spent countless hours in the vineyard, cellar, stable, and meadows. From him, I learned the intuitive approach to winemaking that shapes my craft. This unique production reflects the passion and knowledge I gained during our time together.

A truly special Schiava that captivates with its pronounced character: tannin-rich, fresh, and yet delicate. Aromas of dried cranberries and figs weave together with subtle notes of leather and smoke, creating an enjoyable structure and depth. The finish, marked by fine tannins, surprises with a spicy hint of cinnamon that enlivens the palate and ensures a lasting experience.
